Greetings from the wonderful desert! I’m realizing I still struggle differentiating the words “desert” and “dessert”, but in all honestly I’m surrounded completely in both so really no difference here lol.
Random updates:
-We are now driving a Tacoma truck while our Rav4 gets fixed and it is SO much funner going off roading in the truck!
-We started in person church again which is huge because it has been over a year for them! We texted every single member’s number we have in area book and told them about church in person and it ended up being over 300 texts sent….but worth it.
-We bought exotic mumu’s and mine looks exactly like something wicked King Noah would wear no joke…so that’s really neat. Honestly best purchase of my life (other than my otter sweater from DI;))
-I got a cool hoodie from the thrift shop that we volunteer at that has the marine logo and the military slogan “semper fidelis” which means “always faithful” and I love that! (And yes I did have to ask my marine friends to tell me what it meant haha)
GOD’S WONDERFUL CHILDREN: This week we found and started teaching a few different ladies that are absolutely amazing!! I can already see how much the gospel will benefit them.
CHALLENGE: So I’m sitting here thinking and trying to be all spiritually deep and the only challenge I can think of is for everyone to go purchase a mumu haha. So go do that lol. And then after that, study the heck out of the Book of Mormon because it is literally 100% the best book ever and hands down the only book I actually have a desire to reread the rest of my life;).
