what’s wrong with your mirror?

Okay 3 things.

1. California is freaking HOT.

2. Facebook work actually works lol.

3. Painting people’s houses is a party.

4. People of 29 palms are mega fire.

Well, for all y’all that actually read weekly emails, this week was super good!! We kinda went crazy with Facebook work cuz I’ve never really done it yet on my mission, and we found a couple different people that we’re gonna start working with! I found the sweetest lady named Vanessa who is SO ready for the gospel and she was so touched by our willingness to share an uplifting message with her. I am so excited to see the change the gospel will bring her!

I also found someone named Yolanda by advertising something about piano and she wanted me to come check out her organ that she bought so we did and she made us homemade bread and gave us a tour of her house and told us to keep coming over cuz she wants to be friends. Freaking the cutest.

This week we had some serious comp yoonityy lol. We pushed our beds together so we have a triple mega bed and we saw a picture on facebook of people holding toes with peanut butter and jelly on their feet so we had to try it of course;).

WHAT DO YOU SEE?

okay y’all. I was talking to a member this week and she told us about one of her friends who has super low self esteem and she said she told her, “I think your mirror must be morphed or your eyes must be broken because you aren’t seeing reality.” And I realized that satan really does morph our eyes to see ourselves in a completely unrealistic sense that can destroy us. DON’T let satan’s jealousy of your body and personality destroy you! Heavenly Father and Mother created everyone in their perfect image so the only flaws are the lies that come from the adversary. “Love others as thySELF.” Love yourself too. k? k.
