Mexico is my favorite. I got to see the island of Cozumel off the coast of Mexico as well as the Yucatan peninsula and more specifically, the ancient Mayan city of Tulum which was SO cool. We saw countless iguanas and these little raccoon things and hiked up to the ruins of the brilliant Mayan city and learned a ton about the Mexican and Mayan culture and history! It was on a hill above the beach and it was a unique beautiful beach that I fell in love with instantly. Then we shopped in some street markets and got some authentic Mexican food (chips & guacamole, quesadillas, tacos, salsa, and piña colada). Holy crap it was so good. I even practiced a little Spanish and bought a white flower dress from a market man! On the way back to the boat, we got some churros which were also really good! The sunset on the water was also amazing. I would definitely go back to Mexico in a heartbeat because it was wonderful.
