mid-mission crisis.

So this week I sat inside my apartment every day. My companion is supposed to go home in 3 days but happened to get Covid right in time yayyy. BUT. The work goes on and here are some fun things that happened regardless of being bored.

》our members brought us food at least once a day…sometimes left it at the door…sometimes just threw rocks at our windows to get our attention and then threw it up (those were a lot more exciting lol)
》I texted a celebrity and told them happy birthday and God loves you and they actually saw my message
》my companion was absolutely deceased for a few zoom lessons and our young women’s class so I got to do a lot of solo german which was really fun haha
》I decorated a BofM to give away and highlighted every single time the word “licht” (light) is used and the Book is now basically glowing so that’s pretty neat;)
》our entire zone came and visited us and talked to us through the window and it made my LIFE
SPIRITUAL THOUGHT:
》sometimes when you’re stuck in quarantine you study the bible dictionary…just for fun. But hey I learned a LOT of really cool things. My favorite thing I learned was about the Priesthood and how the Aaronic Priesthood is used for outward physical ordinances (baptism, sacrament, etc) while the Melchezidech Priesthood is used for inner covenants (such as blessings and conferring of the Holy Ghost). The Priesthood is SO amazing and I’m so grateful that we are able to connect with and make commitments with Heavenly Father through His power, in His son’s name, both internally and externally.
Why are you grateful for the priesthood?
